Welcome to Fly Indus! By booking a travel package with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment

1.1. A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
1.2. Full payment must be made before the travel start date as per the payment schedule.
1.3. Payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, and online payment platforms.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
2.2. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • 30+ days before travel: Full refund, minus processing fees.
  • 15–29 days before travel: 50% of the total package cost.
  • Less than 15 days before travel: No refund.
    2.3. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days.

3. Changes to Booking

3.1. Changes to booking (e.g., dates, destinations) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3.2. Any increase in costs due to changes must be paid by the customer.

4. Travel Documentation

4.1. Customers must ensure that passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents are valid and up-to-date.
4.2. WildClubHolidays is not responsible for denied boarding due to incomplete documentation.

5. Travel Insurance

5.1. It is strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance covering trip cancellation, health emergencies, and personal belongings.
5.2. WildClubHolidays is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury during the trip.

6. Liability

6.1. WildClubHolidays acts as an agent for third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.) and is not liable for service failures beyond our control.
6.2. We are not responsible for delays, accidents, or changes in itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or strikes.

7. Conduct and Behavior

7.1. Travelers must respect local laws, customs, and cultural practices.
7.2. Any misconduct that disrupts the tour or other travelers may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

8. Force Majeure

8.1. WildClubHolidays is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or political instability.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared without consent.

10. Governing Law
